What Should an Invitation Letter Include?
To be effective, your Invitation Letter should clearly include:
– Your full name, contact info, and Canadian address
– Your status in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, etc.)
– Visitor’s full name, date of birth, and address abroad
– The purpose and duration of their visit
– Details about accommodation, travel, and financial support (if applicable)
– A statement of relationship and any plans during their visit
– Your signature, ideally witnessed and notarized
